LCA TV: WattStopper’s Isole Plug Load Controls

This short video, produced by the Lighting Controls Association at the 2011 LIGHTFAIR event, introduces the building industry to WattStopper’s Isolé plug load control product line. This controller provides a convenient way for building managers to prevent wasted energy from a wide variety of electrical devices in private and modular offices. Isolé couples a personal occupancy sensor with a surge-protected power strip to turn off unneeded devices when a space is vacant while also protecting expensive equipment. It is the only occupancy-based plug load controller available.

WTDCL Time Controller Takes Universal’s DCL To New Level

DCL Control Systems are now even easier to use, thanks to the new WTDCL Time Controller from Universal Lighting Technologies. With this user-friendly device, all programming, including basic configuration of the DCL system, is achieved by front-panel keystrokes. No computer or special commissioning tools are required.

By communicating with DEMANDflex high-efficiency ballasts over existing power lines, DCL eliminates the need for expensive re-wiring in existing buildings, and it lowers the time and expense of new construction. New WattStopper Digital Photosensors Allow Unprecedented Control Flexibility And Easy Integration With Occupancy Sensors

WattStopper has launched two powerful daylighting sensors that allow engineers, building owners and installers unprecedented options when designing, purchasing and implementing daylight harvesting systems. The new LMLS-400 and LMLS-500 may be used for switching or dimming applications, and are specifically designed for easy integration with occupancy sensors and other lighting controls. Both digital photosensors include a two-way infrared (IR) transceiver for communication with a wireless configuration tool, and the LMLS-400 features automatic commissioning for either switching or dimming, an industry first.
