PLC-Multipoint recently announced the CES/I-B, IRIS Photodiode Sensor with Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) compliant output. This indoor sensor provides wireless transmission of daylight levels to a lighting control system per either Casambi or Silvair Bluetooth 5.0 protocol.
The sensor is powered by 24VDC from an external driver or power supply and provides a measurement range of 0 – 100 fc (1076 lux). Typical applications include offices, warehouses, hospitals, and all spaces where daylighting is important. The sensor is UL listed and is FCC compliant.
