Acuity Brands, Inc. recently announced that its former Unplanned Renovations (UPR) sales team has been rebranded as the Energy Solutions (ES) sales team focused on the retrofit, relight, and energy solutions market segment.
The ES team will continue to work closely with Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), Energy as a Service Providers (EaaS), and Turnkey Lighting Contractors (TLCs) to build demand for Acuity’s advanced lighting and controls solutions.
“The Energy Solutions rebranding better aligns with our longstanding work in the retrofit and relight market segment; as well as our company’s strategic focus on the intersection of sustainability and technology,” said David Errigo, Director – Energy Solutions Team, Acuity Brands Lighting and Lighting Controls. “Our experienced sales team will continue to focus on helping customers improve energy efficiency within existing buildings as they work toward their own reduced carbon emissions and related sustainability goals.”
